Marketing Director

NomadTech | Madrid, Spain. 11/2020 – 09/2025

  • Created and launched three brand platforms from scratch, leading end-to-end development from naming and identity to full-funnel campaigns. 

  • Defined and executed the tone of voice and messaging strategy for multichannel campaigns (web, video, email, and social), integrating inbound and paid tactics. 

  • Launched two crowdfunding campaigns for new products, acquiring customers in 22+ countries and generating over €400K in revenue.

  • Streamlined operations by automating lead generation and email workflows with tools like Clickfunnels, Zapier, and Mailjet—freeing time reinvested in content creation and campaign ideation.

GroupM | Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 12/2017 – 09/2019

  • Led the creation of a new internal creative unit for group agencies (Mindshare, Wavemaker, Mediacom), providing strategy, content, and production services for brands like Total Energies, Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, Bayer, and FrieslandCampina.

  • Adapted global campaigns for the Caricom region (DR, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago), based on market analysis and cultural context, maintaining brand tone consistency while connecting with local audiences.

  • Helped win the Claro Telecom account—the second-largest advertiser in the country—by designing creative and strategic proposals aligned with the brand's media goals.

  • Conceptualized and executed high-impact, insight-driven advertising campaigns, awarded for their effectiveness in reflecting brand values and driving public engagement:

  • Breast cancer awareness campaign: +1M organic reach on the first day, +500K interactions, 4K mammograms performed on-site in 30 days.

  • Gender violence awareness campaign: +3.5M organic reach, +220K interactions, US$200K in earned media. 20% increase in TOM and 32% in brand preference.

  • Led a team of copywriters and designers in developing 360° campaigns with strong emotional storytelling, aligning brand messaging with audience affinities.

Invention - Creative & Content Executive
Mindshare (GroupM) | Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 07/2011 – 07/2015

  • Contributed to winning the Nestlé account for social media management of brands like Nesquik, Fitness, Maggi, and Carnation, in collaboration with Ogilvy.

  • Adapted global campaigns for the DR market, leveraging local media consumption insights to refine creative assets and develop innovative formats. Clients: Unilever, Diageo, Shell Fuels.

  • Co-led the creative execution of a voting-based web app where audiences selected movies to broadcast. Drove engagement through multiple touchpoints (press, social, TV) and branded sponsorships.
